John has over 25 years of experience with major life insurance and annuity new business, contract administration, and claims applications. As Vice President and Implementation director John was instrumental in the growth and development of the TLAG client and employee base and ensured the success of many large and medium-sized integration and conversion projects for major US insurers.

Nick brings 15 years of experience in software development and architecture. Having been a full-stack developer with a keen eye for system integration, Nick has navigated diverse industries, integrating critical vendor and in-house systems. Expertise in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies to streamline data and process flows. Nick and his team stand out for their detailed approach, delving into interconnected systems for a complete understanding. His project oversight ensures timely delivery of technical solutions that align with business objectives.
